It may take you some time to realise the incredible benefits a totally natural, package-free, de-toxified, non-consumer lifestyle. It may take a moment to integrate the changes and adjust your expectations and experience the beauty of this lifestyle switch. Of this ethical levelling up.

My journey was hilarious, ungraceful, empowering, and enlightening. I have pulled all of the learnings into this course for you to grow and be supported on this path. I so look forward to sharing this magic and adventuring into the unknown with you as we break down consumption conditioning and plastic programming FOR GOOD!

About Me

Ten years ago when I learned plastic doesn't break down from Jacques Cousteau's Ocean Future Society, I quit plastics. I started a non-profit with my besties in California, where we successfully lobbied our local, city, and state councils (as mermaids) to ban plastic bags. I worked in marine debris labs studying plastics' behaviour in the ocean. I was Marketing Director for the first recycled plastic activewear line. I continued to write, push, and promote policy. I surfed heaps, sailed regularly, and got into freediving which kept my ocean connection thriving. I learned heaps, and what continued coming up was how much people wanted to be a part of the solution, but didn't know HOW. So I started sharing my plastic-free ways. I've since become a plastic science communicator presenting at conferences the world over, working on global plastics campaigns with amazing organisations including Greenpeace International, wrote a book, launched multiple courses, and worked with the likes of Gucci, Russell Brand, Marie Claire, and Sydney Morning Herald to get the word out about plastics.
